To ensure self-sufficiency during the production of fireplace inserts and freestanding stoves for the brand HITZE, STALKO expanded its machinery park with a numerically controlled glass cutting table. The device allows for precise cutting of glass sheets of thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm. The maximum sheet metal size is 3710 x 2600 mm.

Machinery used
The glass processing department is equipped with devices that allow the application of a coating on the surface of the processed glass. DECOR. STALKO is one of the few companies in Europe in possession of the knowledge know-how, allowing for comprehensive processing of chimney ceramics used in heating devices.

Equipment
The table is equipped with a cutting head that provides cutting accuracy up to 0.25 mm, allowing the cutting of elements of various shapes, including circles. Rectangular blanks are then processed using a grinding and polishing machine.
