2D/3D LASER CUTTING
We offer three 2D laser cutting machines, enabling us to cut metal sheets up to 2000x6000 mm and 20 mm thick. As one of the few in the region, we are equipped with a modern laser cutting device for pipes and profiles with a maximum loading length of 9 meters and a cutting diameter up to 250 mm with a material thickness of up to 8 mm.

Richly equipped machine park
The company has laser cutters from TRUMPF and MITSUBISHI o power of 8 kW, providing precise sheet metal cutting structural steel, boiler steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, or copper. For structural or stainless steel sheet metal, is it possible to cut sheets up to 30 mm with accuracy to 0.00039 inches. The standard working area of our cutters allows cutting elements from sheets 3000 x 1500 mm, and 6000 x 2000 mm.

As the first in the region, we equipped our machinery park with a modern device for laser cutting of tubes and profiles for maximum cargo length 9 meters and cutting diameter to 250 mm, at a material thickness of 8 mm. TUBE 7000 od TRUMPF It has an automatic feeder for pipes and profiles, and a maximum laser resonator power of 3.6 kW.

Precision machining of housings
When the quality of the material to be processed does not require the precision obtained with laser cutting, customers have at their disposal, STALKO owns plasma cutters numerically controlled, enabling rough cutting in sheets up to 30 mm, and if it is necessary to cut elements from sheets with thicknesses from 20 to 150 mm we have gas available CNC burners.
We perform straight and angled cuts on long materials such as shafts, profiles, and pipes using automatic band saws.
