STALKO Quality Policy
STALKO pursues a quality policy in all areas of its operations. To implement its quality policy, the company has implemented and applies a quality management system in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, the Act of November 29, 2000 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 509) – WSK, and AQAP 2110:2016.
W STALKO, a quality management system has been implemented covering the following scope:
- Design, production, and trade of weapon and ammunition components, steel and aluminum structures, trailers, mechanical subassemblies, and heating equipment (air and water-jacketed fireplaces, freestanding stoves, room heaters, and gas-burning or gas-powered patio heaters), including products for military and police use.
- Trade in goods of strategic importance (within the scope of WSK).
STALKO's mission is to provide its customers with the highest quality products and services, which we achieve by focusing on customer needs, improving the quality of products and services, as well as respecting the individual.
STALKO's strategic goal is to meet changing needs
and Customer requirements through high-quality products, taking into account environmental and climate protection.
The basic operational objectives are:
- Meeting customer needs and requirements
- maintaining the trust of existing and gaining new clients;
- compliance with statutory requirements and legal provisions, as well as environmental and climate protection regulations;
- high quality of delivered products and services;
- delivery of products according to requirements;
- prompt and objective handling of complaints.
The declared quality policy is implemented through close cooperation of all company personnel. The company management does not anticipate deviations from the declared quality management policy. The company management is committed to meeting requirements and continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system.
I declare the development and improvement of the Quality Management System, as described in the „Quality Manual,” as a personal commitment and that of the entire company personnel.
