Intention STALKO Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. is to comply with the trading control principles set out in national and international legal regulations and to exclude making a profit in a manner contrary to this policy.

Taking into account applicable regulations, the Management Board has created the position of Trade Control Representative, who will oversee all matters related to trade. The Trade Control Representative will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Internal Control System (ICS). The system defines procedures.
and the responsibilities of individual employees. These activities ensure compliance of the procedures used in our company with legal regulations.

Poland participates in numerous control regimes that oversee the trade in dual-use goods, materials, technologies, software and armaments. STALKO Sp. z o. o. Sp. K.  trades in products listed in the Lists of Goods and Technologies of Strategic Importance. In many cases, our company requires export permits to ship products abroad. These permits may be required for a number of reasons, such as the inclusion of a given product in the Lists of Goods and Technologies.
 and technologies subject to special controls on foreign trade, the use of advanced technologies, end-user or end-use subject to special controls. The Trade Control Representative will supervise the correctness of the transactions carried out in compliance with legal provisions.

Violations of trade control regulations and procedures may expose our company and those responsible for trade to various administrative and criminal sanctions. These sanctions can have significant implications for our company and result in financial losses. Any employee of our company who knowingly violates applicable regulations will be severely punished, including dismissal.

Implementing the Internal Control System will allow us to eliminate transactions or practices that are inconsistent with applicable regulations.
Please inform the Management Board of all such cases so that the necessary actions can be taken in accordance with the procedures specified in the law.

All employees are obliged to inform the Management Board of possible violations of trade control rules.
