STALKO has extensive plant laboratory adapted to the needs of conducting testing of heating devices. The laboratory is equipped with 3 test stations constructed in accordance with the standard EN 13229 and EN 13240, which allows for a complete testing procedure for fireplace inserts and free-standing wood-fired stoves.

The company laboratory is also adapted to conduct development research in the field of gas fuel room heaters based on the standard EN 613 and EN 14543.

Equipment
Each test stand allows for the connection of water jacketed devices to a water system equipped with automatic flow pumps, a heat meter with temperature measurement at the system inlet and outlet, and an industrial heat exchanger capable of receiving power up to 30 kW. The test procedure and all calculations are performed in accordance with the above-mentioned standards. The laboratory is equipped with interchangeable exhaust gas analyzers from TESTO i MRU, real-time measurements of CO, CO2, O2, and NOx. Our equipment allows us to determine the level of dust in exhaust gases.
