Today’s STALKO is a well-established, stable company with a focus on continuous development. A number of key decisions have recently been made at the company ranging from changes in the management division, ending with the individual production departments. A number of processes have been streamlined, without giving up its priority approaches to quality.

Confirmation of STALKO’s high qualifications was the award in 2021 by the Minister of the Interior and Administration of the concessions for the exercise of economic activity in the manufacture and marketing of arms, ammunition and products for military or police use.

In 2020, the company is transformed into a limited liability company, which, having an area of 50 000 m2 with a hall complex of 12 000 m2 equipped with modern machinery and equipment, has the potential for further growth. In the modernised office space, our qualified management team implements new ideas inspired by the needs of the market and the requirements of our clients, daring to meet new challenges. An important change carried out at the end of 2019 was the decision to centralising production and the relocation of the entire machine park to one location, further increasing the company’s production capacity and streamlining logistics operations. During this time, a high-bay warehouse was also built on the site, capable of accommodating more than 3 000 pallets. In line with the principles that have guided us for years, we offer our customers products and services of the highest quality. This fact is confirmed by numerous certificates for compliance with the requirements of standards such as: ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 3834,or PN-EN 1090. In addition, the certificate WSK (Wewnętrzny System Kontroli), enable us to trade in strategic goods. Using modern technology, we are successfully developing our own production of various models of car trailers or heating equipment. We carry out projects for machinery and process lines for the agricultural and fruit-growing industry, such as unloading, sorting and packing lines, automatic palletising and storage systems. At the same time, we are open to customers from any industry offering welding and processing of materials from steel to aluminium or plastics.

Since 2000, the company has consistently strengthened its position in the local market while at the same time establishing cooperation with customers from western markets, among others: Germany, France, Luxembourg – mainly the railway industry. ISO 9001:2000 certification has been introduced Between 2003 and 2004, our company became one of the region’s leading companies on the market, offering a wide range of services, using the first modern TRUMPF laser cutting machine in Poland, with a working table of 6000×2000 mm and the first numerically-controlled press brake in the Radom region with a working length of more than 6 metres. At the same time, a state-of-the-art machining centre was established at the company, based on numerically controlled lathes and milling machines from renowned companies.

Hard work, the purchase of land in the vicinity of Radom and the construction of a 300 m 2 production hall, as well as the expansion of the business profile to include the production and assembly of steel structures in the 1990s, significantly accelerated the company’s development. Undertaking the construction of several powerful steel production halls for customers from our region, (among others from the furniture industry), as well as starting to work with significant customers from the domestic market, necessitated further investment in machinery and another move to the current premises in Radom in 1997. At that time, in the late 1990s, the company experienced rapid growth and investment in modern technology, which resulted in a significant increase in employment.

At the time, the family business founded by Zbigniew Ziomek, located on an area of only 50 m2, begins to provide locksmith services to the residents of Radom.
