2D/3D LASER CUTTING
We offer three 2D laser cutting machines, capable of cutting sheet metal up to 2000×6000 mm in size and 20 mm thick. We are one of the few in the region equipped with a state-of-the-art laser cutting machine for pipes and profiles with a maximum loading length of 9 metres and a cutting diameter of up to 250 mm with a material thickness of up to 8 mm.

Well-equipped machine park
The company has laser cutting machines from TRUMPF and MITSUBISHI with a power of up to 8 kW, for precision cutting of sheet metal made ofstructural steel, boiler steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass or copper. In the case of structural or stainless steel sheets, it is possible to cut sheets of up to 30 mm with a precision of 0,01 mm. The standard working area of our cutting machines allows the cutting of parts from sheets 3000×1500 mm, as well as 6000×2000 mm.

We were the first in the region to equip our machine park with a state-of-the-art machine for laser cutting of tubes and profiles with a maximum loading length 9 metres and cutting diameter to 250 mm, for material thicknesses up to 8 mm. TUBE 7000 from TRUMPF has an automatic tube and section feeder and a maximum laser resonator power of 3.6 kW.

Precise manufacture of housings
Where the quality of the material to be processed does not require the precision achieved by laser cutting, the following are available to customers, STALKO has plasma cutting machines CNC-controlled, enabling rough cutting in sheet metal up to 30 mmand if it is necessary to cut parts from sheets with a thickness of from 20 up to 150 mm we have gas CNC burners.
Straight and bevelled cuts of long materials such as shafts, profiles and pipes are carried out on automatic belt cutting machines.
